Be Well Qigong
Qigong is a gentle movement practice which combines light flowing movements, breath and mental focus to bring chi energy flow, promoting relaxation, balance, health and wellbeing. Regular practice offers many physical, mental and emotional benefits from physical improvements in joint flexibility, muscle strength, balance, injury recovery and overall fitness, to relived tensions, stress relief, increased relaxation and improved concentration.
Our Be Well Qigong group sessions are based upon a modified version of Shibashi Qigong. By doing slower, smaller movements we are minimising any risk of injury or strain on the body, whilst still benefitting from the strength building repetition of each movement and the opening up through the breath and body, allowing for energy flow, which makes this practice accessible for all ages and fitness abilities. Colour Ministry
Colour is a powerful vibration which instigates healing at all levels in the body, physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. Depending upon the ray and the frequency its effect is profound. Alison who runs The Colour Ministry will be talking about these frequencies along with the quantum field where the ancient art of Colour Therapy is making a valuable return sparking our memories and offering us some great new treatments for health and wellbeing. Alison will be demonstrating her Bioptron lamps along with colour glasses at the 'Coming out of the Blue' event.
Therapeutic Hypnotist
Alex Vrettos calls himself a Therapeutic Hypnotist because he is more than hypnotherapist. You are likely to experience some recognisable hypnotherapy if you go to see him, but he also uses thought experiments, hypnotic party tricks and stories to help you see the illusionary nature of not just the problem, but all your thoughts and feelings, because it is all self-hypnosis - which always works spectacularly, but sometimes works spectacularly badly. It can all change! Please swing by to see him to explore what this means in friendly conversation.
JP Wellbeing
Whole-Person Health & Wellbeing Coaching
I help people create lasting change in their health and wellbeing, without overwhelm or extremes.
True transformation happens through small, consistent shifts that build momentum over time. Each step reshapes patterns, strengthens new beliefs, and makes change feel natural rather than forced.
Clients often come to me for weight loss, habit change, stress reduction, or sugar cravings. What they experience is a deeper, more sustainable transformation by addressing what sits beneath the surface.
My approach is calm, focused, and highly personalised. We start small, reduce overwhelm, and build confidence, creating meaningful change that lasts. Because everything in your external life is shaped by your internal world. The brain naturally prefers familiar discomfort over unfamiliar growth. Lasting change comes not from intention alone, but from practice.
Gong Sound Meditation
The sounds of a vibrating gong alter our brain wave patterns.
As the gong sounds lower our brain wave frequencies, they cause a shift in emphasis from our left analytical brain to our more creative right brain. As the shift occurs, our brain first starts to produce alpha brain waves (you are calm and relaxed), then theta waves (waves produced in deep meditation). Sometimes, we may go into a deep sleep and produce the delta waves associated with a heavy and restful sleep.
Gong sounds help the tension flow away and guide us to connect with our innate stillness.

Nic Naish Nutrition
Using my knowledge in naturopathic nutrition, my years as a teacher, and my energy as a fitness adviser I teach my clients to understand their own bodies and health.
My own experience of cancer and autoimmunity equips me with empathy and balances my continued interest in hard sciences such as biochemistry and genetics.
My passion for cooking and nature have served me well and are the reason, I believe I have thrived.
My aim is to hear my clients, understand their individualities and complexities, and work with them to find a diet and lifestyle that serves them well too.

Holistic Healing Sussex
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. I absolutely love what I do and seeing the difference in my clients from arrival to leaving is tremendously rewarding. Touch is a very important part of human contact and massage therapy helps the body heal itself by increasing health and the feeling of wellbeing.
